About CYRCA
What is CYRCA London?
CYRCA London is a UK brand of daily supplement sachets for busy men. It makes three: Rise, collagen and vitamins for your morning coffee; Train, 5 g of Creapure® creatine monohydrate with electrolytes for the daytime; and Rest, magnesium bisglycinate and glycine for the night.
Can I buy CYRCA yet?
Not yet. CYRCA is coming soon. Join the list for early access and 20% off your first order as a founding member.
Who is CYRCA for?
CYRCA is designed around busy men who exercise and want a simple daily routine, but it is not only for men. It is for adults aged 18 and over. Some people should check with a doctor or pharmacist first, including anyone pregnant or breastfeeding, taking medication or with a medical condition. See our supplement safety information.
Can women take CYRCA?
Yes. CYRCA is built with busy men in mind, but none of the ingredients in Rise, Train or Rest is specific to men, and the amounts are set for adults. CYRCA is not suitable during pregnancy or breastfeeding. As for anyone, if you take medication or have a medical condition, speak to your doctor or pharmacist first and read our supplement safety information.
Why sachets instead of a tub?
Each sachet is a sealed, pre-measured single serving, so there is no scoop and the dose is the same every time. A day of sachets fits in a jacket pocket or a gym bag.
How is CYRCA different from an all-in-one greens powder?
CYRCA splits the day into three sachets with separate jobs and printed amounts, rather than one daily scoop. It contains creatine, collagen and magnesium, and does not contain greens powders or probiotics.
Are CYRCA sachets vegan?
Train and Rest are designed to be vegan. Rise contains bovine collagen, so it is not suitable for vegetarians or vegans.
The products
Do I need all three?
No. Each sachet works on its own, and at launch you will be able to choose one, two or all three. The Daily System will be the simplest way to have all three.
Can I take Rise, Train and Rest on the same day?
Yes, that is how they are designed. We checked the combined daily amounts. Magnesium across Train and Rest totals 250 mg, which is the EFSA upper limit for supplemental magnesium. Vitamin D is 25 µg, well within the NHS upper limit of 100 µg a day. If you take other supplements, add those amounts up too.
Can I take creatine and magnesium together?
Yes. Train contains creatine and 57 mg of magnesium, and Rest contains 193 mg of magnesium. Taken on the same day they give 250 mg of supplemental magnesium, the EFSA upper limit, so do not add another magnesium supplement.
What does each one taste like?
Rise is unflavoured and unsweetened, designed not to change the taste of your coffee. Train is mango and lime, and Rest is blackcurrant, both sweetened with stevia. All three are designed to be sugar free, and final recipes will be confirmed before launch.
Is there caffeine in Rise?
No. None of the sachets contain caffeine. Rise goes into your usual coffee without adding any.
Is the collagen bovine or marine?
Rise uses hydrolysed bovine collagen. It is not suitable for vegetarians or vegans. Train and Rest are designed to be vegan.
What is Rest for?
Rest is your night-time sachet, taken 30 to 60 minutes before bed. It contains 193 mg of magnesium, which contributes to normal psychological function, normal functioning of the nervous system and a reduction of tiredness and fatigue, plus 3 g of glycine.
Taking them
When should I take Train if I do not train every day?
Take it every day. Creatine works by building up in your muscles over time, so daily use matters more than timing. On rest days, take it whenever suits you.
How much water do I need?
Rise needs none: stir it into your coffee or porridge, or into a glass of water if you prefer. Train: 300 to 500 ml. Rest: about 200 ml, cold or warm.
Can I put Rise in coffee?
Yes, that is what it is made for. Rise is unflavoured and unsweetened, and designed not to change the taste of your coffee. It also works in porridge or water.
I take medication. Can I use CYRCA?
Please speak to your doctor or pharmacist first. Rise contains vitamin K, which can interact with anticoagulant medicines such as warfarin.
