We do not collect health information. If you tell us about a medical condition in a message, we use it only to answer you and then delete it.
Who we share it with
- Our website host, which serves this website.
- Our email and sign-up provider, which stores the list and sends our emails on our behalf.
We do not use analytics or advertising trackers, and we never sell your data. Where a provider processes data outside the UK, we use the safeguards UK law requires, such as the International Data Transfer Agreement.
Your rights
You can unsubscribe in one click from any email. You can also ask to access, correct, delete or move your data, object to how we use it, or withdraw consent at any time. Email hello@cyrca.co.uk. You can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
