Train

One a day, every day.
Creatine and electrolytes for the middle of the day.
Train combines 5 g of creatine monohydrate with sodium, potassium and magnesium in one bright mango and lime drink. We use Creapure®, a premium creatine monohydrate made in Germany. Creatine increases physical performance in successive bursts of short-term, high intensity exercise. Take it every day, training or not, because creatine works by building up over time. One sachet gives you creatine and electrolytes together, instead of a separate creatine product and a separate electrolyte product.

A pre-measured sachet. There is no tub, no scoop and nothing to weigh: you tear one open and mix it into water. Train is a single-serve sachet of 5 g of Creapure® creatine monohydrate with sodium, potassium and magnesium, flavoured with mango and lime, and it fits in a pocket or a gym bag.

Once a day, every day, at whatever time you will remember. Creatine builds up in muscle over time, so consistency matters more than timing. On training days you can take Train around your session; on rest days, take it whenever suits you. More in how much creatine to take each day.
No. Some people take 20 g a day for a week to raise muscle stores faster, but it is not necessary. At 5 g a day you reach the same place more gradually.
Train is a single 5 g serving of creatine monohydrate a day, mixed into 300 to 500 ml of water, with no loading phase. Creatine draws water into muscle, so some people notice a small increase in body weight, more often during loading phases of about 20 g a day. At 5 g a day there is no need for a loading phase. Everyone responds differently, so if you have any concerns, speak to your doctor or pharmacist.
Train is a food supplement drink. One sachet in 300 to 500 ml of water gives 5 g of creatine, 500 mg of sodium, 300 mg of potassium and 57 mg of magnesium, and is designed to be sugar free.
