Our story

Our story

Built around your 24 hours.

CYRCA London makes daily supplement sachets designed around busy men: three sachets for three parts of the day, for anyone who runs a full diary and still wants to look after themselves properly.

The name

Circa diem.

CYRCA comes from the Latin circa diem, meaning about a day. It is the root of the word circadian, the roughly 24-hour rhythm your body keeps. We spelled it with a Y so it would be ours. Say it SUR-ka.

The symbol

Three arcs. One dot.

The C is drawn from three equal arcs, one for each part of the day: the top for Rise, the left for Train, the bottom for Rest. The dot sits in the opening. It is you, at whichever point in the day you happen to be.

Less noise.
More intention.

Most people we know have a cupboard of half-finished tubs. We wanted something you could put in a jacket pocket: one sachet, one job, every amount on the pack.
