Why three supplement sachets, not one

Why we built a day out of three sachets

By the CYRCA team · Published · Updated

Most supplement routines grow by accident: a tub here, a bottle there, a cupboard full of half-used powders. We wanted the opposite. One small sachet for each part of the day, each with a clear job.

Morning, daytime, night

Rise goes into your morning coffee: collagen with vitamin C, plus vitamins D3 and K2, zinc and selenium. Train carries creatine and electrolytes for the active part of your day. Rest is your night-time sachet of magnesium and glycine.

Is an all-in-one supplement better than separate ones?

It depends on what you want. An all-in-one powder is one scoop. Separate sachets let you take each one at a time that suits your routine, take only the parts you need, and see every amount.

Designed as one day

Because we designed all three together, we can check the total. Magnesium, for example, is split across Train and Rest so that the full day comes to 250 mg, the level EFSA sets as the upper limit for supplemental magnesium. The Daily System brings all three together in one monthly box.

What we left out

  • CBD, which requires novel food authorisation.
  • Caffeine. You already have coffee, and Rise goes into it.
  • Proprietary blends. Every amount is printed on the pack.

Fewer ingredients, clear amounts, and a sachet that fits in a jacket pocket. That is the whole idea.
